LIFE TRANSITIONS

When life asks something new of you.

There are times when the life you have built no longer fully reflects who you are becoming.

This is the territory of life transition.

We create space to reconnect with what is already alive — and give intentional form to what wants to emerge.

WHEN THE OLD NO LONGER FITS

You don’t need to know what comes next.

Life transitions rarely arrive with a clear answer.

Sometimes something ends. Sometimes nothing is visibly wrong — yet the way you have been living, working or defining yourself no longer feels entirely true.

The temptation is to move quickly towards the next answer. A new role. A new plan. A new version of yourself.

But transition asks for something else first: attention.

To what is loosening.
To what remains.
To what is asking to be heard.

This is where our work begins.

MIDLIFE IS ONE OF THOSE THRESHOLDS

Midlife is
not a crisis.

It is an invitation to become more fully yourself.

There comes a point when the identities, roles and ways of living that brought us here begin to loosen.

Not because they were wrong.
Because they may no longer be enough for who we are becoming.

Midlife asks us to turn our attention from who we have learned to be towards what is actually true now.

WAYS INTO THE WORK

Different moments ask for different kinds of space.

You may need a first orientation, a deeper journey, time away from everyday life — or a space that is entirely your own.

THE MIDLIFE ORIENTATION

A place to begin.

An online workshop for women who sense that something is shifting and want to understand what this phase of life is asking of them. Workshops both in English and German.

THE MIDLIFE CALL

A deeper journey through transition.

A four-month guided experience for women ready to listen more deeply, loosen what no longer fits and embody what wants to emerge. Both English and German.

RETREATS

Step out to hear more clearly.

Immersive spaces away from everyday life to slow down, reconnect and create room for what is ready to move. In English and German. Taking place in Italy / Germany.

1:1 GUIDANCE

A space entirely your own.

Individual guidance for moments of transition, orientation and deeper inquiry — shaped around where you are and what is asking for your attention.

You don't need to become someone new.

Much of life teaches us to build: identities, roles, careers, relationships, ways of belonging.

Transition asks something different.

To notice what still belongs.
To loosen what no longer does.
To reconnect with what has been there all along.

The next chapter is not about reinventing yourself.
It is about becoming more fully who you already are.

A middle-aged woman with blonde hair, wearing a beige long-sleeve top, white pants, large hoop earrings, and an orange beaded bracelet, standing against a plain wall with light coming through blinds.

I know this territory.

For more than twenty years, I worked in leadership, transformation and business — building organisations, leading people and navigating change.

And then my own questions changed.

Less What should I achieve next?
More What is actually true for me now?

That shift has shaped my work ever since.

Today, I bring together decades of leadership experience with systemic coaching, therapeutic practice, embodiment and trauma-informed work — creating spaces where people can listen beneath the noise and find their own way forward.

I’m not here to tell you who to become.
I’m here to help you hear what is already asking to emerge.

What is asking for your attention?

You don’t need to have the answer.
A conversation can be a place to begin.
