ABOUT SOULWORX

The work begins with connection.

SOULWORX works with people and organisations in moments when something is shifting — when familiar ways of living, leading or working no longer quite fit, and something new is asking to take form.

At its heart is a simple belief: meaningful transition does not begin with becoming someone else. It begins by coming back into connection with what is already there.

THE STORY

From digital transformation to human transition.

For more than two decades, I worked at the forefront of digital transformation — building businesses, leading teams and navigating change across agencies, consultancies and global organisations, including Sapient, Pixelpark, Accenture and AKQA. What began as a fascination with technology and new possibilities gradually became a deeper inquiry into people. Because underneath every strategy, every transformation and every new way of working, I kept encountering the same thing: change is ultimately human. It is shaped by how we relate to uncertainty, identity, power, one another — and to ourselves. In 2015, I founded SOULWORX to make this human dimension the centre of the work. Since then, my practice has expanded from leadership and organisational transformation into personal transition, midlife, writing and spaces for inquiry and connection. The contexts are different. The underlying question remains remarkably similar: How do we stay connected to what matters when the old form no longer fits and the new one has not yet fully emerged?

The first 20 years were digital. The next 20 are human.

WHAT I BELIEVE

We don't need more answers. We need deeper connection.

SOURCE

Come back to what is already there.

Beneath roles, expectations and strategies, there is often something we already know.

TRANSITION

Listen for what wants to emerge.

Transition asks us to stay with the space between what was and what is becoming.

FORM

Let form follow source.

New lives, organisations and ways of leading become meaningful when their form remains connected to what created them.

FOUNDER | Julia von Winterfeldt

I have always been interested in what makes us come alive — and what gets in the way.

My work has taken me through boardrooms, transformation programmes, leadership teams, coaching rooms, circles and retreats. Different contexts, but often the same underlying question: What becomes possible when we stop performing what is expected and reconnect with what is true? Today, I bring together more than two decades of business and leadership experience with systemic coaching, therapeutic practice, embodiment and trauma-informed work.

SOULWORX
Founded 2015
Working with individuals, leaders, teams and organisations through transition.

One practice. Different contexts.

INDIVIDUALS
Life transit ins, midlife and what comes next.

ORGANISATIONS
Leadership, culture and organisational transformation.

Different doors into the same territory: staying connected to what matters as life, work and the world around us shift.

IDEAS & GATHERINGS
Conversations, writing and spaces for collective inquiry.

What is asking for your attention?

You don't need to know what comes next.

The work begins by creating enough space to hear what is already alive — and what wants to emerge from here.
