Ideas need places to come alive.
IDEAS & GATHERINGS
Some questions are explored alone. Others need conversation, different perspectives and people willing to stay with what they don’t yet know.
This is where SOULWORX thinks out loud — through podcasts, essays, inquiries, gatherings and initiatives.
Listen. Read. Gather. Explore.
Currently exploring.
The Edit
There comes a point when adding more is no longer the answer.
When the more interesting questions become:
What am I leaving behind?
What is already true?
What am I making myself available for?
What wants to emerge from here?
The Edit is an exploration of what happens when we stop asking who we should become — and begin listening for what still belongs, what can go, and what is ready to take form.

READ
Notes from the field.
Essays, observations and unfinished thoughts on transition, connection, midlife, leadership and the changing ways we live and work. Not answers from the other side. Thinking from inside the questions.
GATHER
Some conversations need a room.
THE MIDLIFE INQUIRY
One question. One evening. One conversation.
An open space to explore the questions that surface when the old answers no longer quite fit.
INITIATIVE
The questions begin earlier than we think.
Long before SOULWORX began working explicitly with transition, there was already a question at the heart of the work:
Who am I — and who do I want to become?
SOULDIVEZ brought this inquiry into schools, inviting young people to explore identity, strengths, values and the lives they wanted to create.
It became the foundation for Werde, wer du bist — and an early expression of a conviction that still shapes SOULWORX today:
We don't need to become someone else.
We need spaces that help us remember who we are.
